Neighborhood Promise is working to hire Navigators for our Program. Navigators will work alongside clients to create a personalized roadmap for achieving goals that build on each individual’s unique strengths. Navigators will help connect clients to community resources, assist in overcoming barriers, and support clients in staying motivated on their journey.
