1. Partnership with the Department of Social Work at Central Connecticut State University.

Neighborhood Promise has formed a partnership with the Department of Social Work to support the creation of The Empowerment Pathway.

2. Connecting Clients Navigators will foster connections with existing resources and maintain ongoing relationships with clients until their goals are met.

 

3. Support System Coaches will provide an additional layer of support for clients and maintain relationships during the client’s journey.

 

4. Volunteer Opportunities. The Donation Center and the Coach role invite volunteer opportunities for neighborhood  community members.
