Each client in The Empowerment Pathway will be assigned a Navigator.  The Navigators will work with clients to create a roadmap to achieve the goals that amplify the client’s own unique strengths. Navigators will provide guidance toward financial stability and self-sufficiency. Navigators will help make important connections and referrals to services. Navigators will help address obstacles along the way, making sure clients can keep moving forward. Navigators are employees of Neighborhood Promise.

 

Each client in The Empowerment Pathway may also be assigned a Coach. Coaches will work with clients to help them reach their personal goals. Coaches will build relationships with and offer encouragement to the clients. Coaches are volunteers of Neighborhood Promise.
